What Makes It Tick

At the heart of this heater is a high-density carbon fiber element, built to run on 400V. That voltage lets us pack a serious punch into a small package—we’re talking up to 2500W of power in a tube that’s only 300mm long. The payoff? Lightning-fast heat-up times and rock-solid temperatures, even when your machine is working hard. But here’s the thing: with that kind of power, your machine’s cooling and wiring have to be up to the task. You need proper airflow or a solid heat sink. Otherwise, the area around the heater will get too hot, and that can shorten the life of your components.

The Build

We wrapped the carbon fiber core in a quartz envelope. It’s tough, handles sudden temperature shifts, and keeps the element safe from any contaminants. Inside, a halogen gas keeps the filament temperature steady, so the output stays consistent, no matter how often it cycles on and off. And when it comes to installing it? We made it simple. The tube comes with an R7s connector, so it’s a straight-up, drop-in replacement for compatible fixtures. No custom brackets. Just wire it up and get to work.
