What’s actually happening inside the tube?

The glass isn’t just a cover; it’s a pressure vessel. We use a specific wall thickness so the tube doesn’t just snap or crack when things heat up quickly. Think about it this way. If you’re running a 230V/2000W tube, you’re getting a specific amount of heat per millimeter. Switching to one of our lamps with those same specs doesn’t change the wavelength of the IR light. Your ink dries because of the energy hitting the fabric, not because of the brand name stamped on the housing.
Swapping them out
These are drop-in replacements. No headaches, no rewiring, no “hacking” your machine. We use standard connectors so you can just plug them in and get back to work. Now, you might wonder about the lifespan. Cheap, low-grade tubes usually cloud over or burn out fast because the glass is full of impurities.
