Material and Design: Halogen Quartz Build
Inside, you’ve got a halogen-filled quartz envelope with a carbon fiber heating element. The halogen gas helps keep the filament temperature steady, so the output stays consistent over time. No more watching basic IR lamps burn out fast. The quartz tube handles the high heat and gives you a clean path for shortwave infrared energy. Application and Installation: PET Blowing and Drop-In Fit
This setup is commonly chosen for PET bottle blowing and other plastic forming lines, where you need fast, focused heat. And the R7s connector?
