Power, Voltage, and Size: What Matters
When you’re running an Anatol line, you need serious heat packed into a small space. Our tubes hit 2500W at 400V, and they’re 300mm long. That length isn’t random—it focuses all that wattage right where the glue line needs it. You heat the adhesive fast, without wasting energy where you don’t need it. And the 400V? It keeps the current lower than a 220V setup would. That means less strain on the wiring inside the heater and less voltage drop over the run. Less stress on the machine, more consistent performance.
What’s Inside: Halogen, Reflector, and the Right Connection
Inside, the tube is filled with halogen gas inside a quartz envelope. That keeps the filament stable even at high temps, so the heat stays steady over time. The reflector section is gold-coated, and that’s intentional—it focuses the infrared energy straight forward, right onto the glue line. Then there’s the connector. We use an R7s double-pin setup, the same standard you’re used to. That means swapping out the tube is simple. Just plug it in. No rewiring. No mess. **But here’s the thing:**2500W is a lot of power, and that means you need proper cooling. If your Anatol’s airflow or heat shielding isn’t up to the job, things will run too hot. Make sure the cooling path is properly set up.
