We designed a high-performance alternative for M&R flash systems and wide-format arrays that gives you the same heat as the original, but without the ridiculous price tag. Let’s talk about the tech (the simple version) We use high-purity quartz for these tubes. Now, the reason this matters is simple: if the wattage or voltage is even slightly off, your power supply might trip. Or worse, you get weird heat strips across your media and the lamps burn out way too fast. We kept the tolerances incredibly tight on the filaments. You get the exact same BTU output as the OEM lamps. Your dry times won’t change. Your workflow stays the same. It just costs you less. No guesswork, no modifications Ever bought a “compatible” part only to find out you need a toolbox and three hours to make it fit? Yeah, we hate that too. We use a special halogen cycle to keep the tungsten filament from evaporating. This stops that annoying black soot from building up on the inside of the quartz. Plus, we use standard R7s or Sk15 connectors. You just pop it in, wire it up, and get back to work.It’s a true drop-in. One quick heads-up These lamps put out a lot of heat. A lot. Because they’re so powerful, your exhaust fans have to work harder. If your vents are clogged with lint or ink mist, the reflector housing can overheat and warp.
