Technical Deep-Dive
These tubes were designed to fit tight spots and behave predictably, every time. You get a lot of power packed into a short length, which means the print surface heats up fast. The voltage rating is set so it can plug straight into industrial machine lines. Just know: that kind of power means your control wiring and fusing need to be up to the same load. It’s a strong electrical draw, so plan your connections and cooling ahead of time.
Material & Design
The quartz envelope handles serious heat while keeping the inside clean and stable for the carbon fiber filament. Carbon fiber gives you steady infrared output and helps prevent hot spots, so the heat stays even along the whole tube. The IR spectrum is tuned to be absorbed the way most inks and substrates actually take it in. And the connector choice—usually R7s or SK15—is straight-up practical. It’s a solid, industrial locking interface that holds up to vibration and makes the lamp a true drop-in replacement when it’s time for maintenance.
Application & Benefits
In a printing machine, space is everything. With these tubes, you can mount right near the web without tearing the whole line apart.
