What’s Inside: Halogen, Quartz, Coating, and the R7s Connector

Inside, you’ve got a halogen-filled quartz envelope. The halogen keeps the filament steady and fights that blackening that can rob heat over time. In other words, it stays consistent through long production runs. The quartz body handles the shock of repeated heating and cooling without cracking—no drama, just durability. We added a specialized coating that helps keep the surface clean and makes heat transfer more consistent. That’s the kind of detail you feel when quality has to be repeatable, shift after shift. And the R7s connector? It’s simple, proven, and holds up under vibration. Wiring is straightforward, and when it’s time to swap, it’s quick.
