Introduction

We built this infrared heating tube right here at home, specifically to slide straight into Anatol printing machines. The whole idea was simple: give you a replacement that performs exactly like the original, but costs less and comes from a domestic source. This isn’t just some knock-off part. We re-engineered the core heating element, right down to the specs, to make sure it fits and fires up just like the one you’ve been using.

The Nitty-Gritty

Under the hood, this thing is a powerhouse. It runs on 400V and packs a punch with 2500W of power, all packed into a tidy 300mm tube. That kind of punch means it heats up fast—no waiting around. The shortwave infrared hits your material instantly, so you can skip the warm-up lag and keep your line moving.
But here’s the thing: that much power in such a small space creates a lot of heat. So, you need to make sure your printer’s cooling system is ready for it. If the fans are old or clogged, that heat can start to cook the electronics. Just do a quick check on your machine’s thermal specs before you install it.
